| Insert the end of the temple bar
portion of your eyeglass frames through the EYEGLASS RESCUE Identification Sleeve. The Sleeve
should be placed so that it is at least 1/2 in. (12 mm) from the end of the temple bar. |

| The Identification Sleeve can
then be easily shrunk to adhere onto the temple bar. To do this, carefully place the temple bar
end, with the Identification Sleeve attached, into a cup of boiling hot water for 10-15 seconds.
BE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO TOUCH THE WATER, but make sure the water is hot enough so that the
Identification Sleeve shrinks snugly onto the temple bar. Do not leave the temple bar
in the hot water unattended, as you may damage your glasses.

| Wait at least 2 minutes
for the Identification Sleeve to cool. Once it has cooled, place a Protection Sleeve over the
Identification Sleeve on the glasses so that it overlaps the Identification Sleeve by about 1/8 in.
(3 mm) on either end. BE SURE TO USE THE CLEAR PROTECTION SLEEVE THAT FITS MOST SNUGLY OVER THE
ATTACHED IDENTIFICATION SLEEVE SO THAT IT WILL PRODUCE THE BEST SEAL/FIT WHEN SHRUNK. |

| Repeat the shrinking
instructions indicated in Step 2 above to shrink the Protection Sleeve over the Identification Sleeve.
Carefully place the temple bar end, with the Protection Sleeve now attached, into a cup of boiling
hot water for 10-15 seconds. Be very careful NOT to touch the water, but make sure the water is
hot enough so that the Protection Sleeve shrinks snugly onto the temple bar. Do not leave the
temple bar in the hot water unattended, as you may damage your glasses.

When glasses are found the finder will call the Eyeglass Rescue toll-free Retrieval Center. We will identify the owner of the glasses and facilitate their return. |
